What you need to qualify
Five conditions, and we check every one of them for you before anything is booked.
- Your property is in England or Wales
- You own the property, as an owner-occupier or a landlord
- You're replacing a fossil fuel system: gas, oil, LPG or solid fuel
- You have a valid EPC with no outstanding loft or cavity wall insulation
- The new system is installed by an MCS-certified installer, like us
How much you could get
- Replacing oil, LPG or solid fuel£9,000
- Replacing mains gas or electric heating£7,500
- Ground source heat pump£7,500
Rates as of July 2026. The grant is deducted from your invoice by us, subject to Ofgem approval, MCS certification and available funding.
