This page is maintained by Elite Eco Installations Ltd and explains how we collect and use personal data when you contact us, request a quote, or use the savings calculator on this website. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or use the grant checker we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the property details you provide (property type, heating fuel, bedrooms, insulation and similar). We also record which page the enquiry came from.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. These are only set after you consent through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a survey, apply for grants on your behalf where relevant, and to fulfil a contract if you go ahead. Our lawful bases are consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
We share data only where necessary: with our finance introducer partner where you request finance, with scheme administrators where we apply for a grant on your behalf, with the manufacturers whose warranties we register, and with the service providers that host our website and store our enquiry records. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for up to 24 months. Where we complete an installation, records are retained for the life of the warranty and for the periods required by tax, MCS and consumer protection obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@eliteecoinstallations.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
