Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services supplied by Elite Eco Installations Ltd, company number 13529499, registered at 57 Southend Road, Grays, England, RM17 5NL, England & Wales.

Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is based on the information available at survey; where site conditions differ materially from those recorded, we will notify you in writing before carrying out additional work and agree the cost with you first.

Deposits and payment

Where a deposit is required it is protected through our insurance-backed cover provided by CPA (Consumer Protection Association), in line with our RECC membership. The balance is due on completion unless a finance agreement or a staged payment schedule has been agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Where a contract is agreed away from our business premises you have a statutory 14 day cooling-off period during which you may cancel without penalty. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you may be charged for work already performed. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@eliteecoinstallations.co.uk.

Installation

Installation dates are estimates and depend on equipment availability, weather and access. We will keep you informed of any change. You are responsible for providing safe access, and for disclosing known issues such as asbestos, structural defects or unsafe wiring.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and are registered by us on your behalf. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects and is stated in your contract. Warranties may be invalidated by third-party alterations or by failure to carry out required servicing.

Performance estimates

Savings, generation and running-cost figures shown on this website or in your quotation are estimates based on modelled assumptions about your property, occupancy and energy prices. They are not guarantees. Actual results vary with usage, weather and tariff changes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the contract value.

Finance

Elite Eco Installations Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 965959) of First Call Group Limited (FCG), who are a credit broker, not a lender. FCG is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 753324), and offers finance from its panel of lenders. All finance is subject to status and credit checks. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
